Karen Elene, also known as “Fattig Student”, is a Norwegian author and lifestyle influencer. Over the years she has gained over 200.000 followers on Instagram and released a bestselling book "Fattig Student" – 20 ukemenyer for under 200 kr.
This year she will be joining Inspire 2021 for an inspirational presentation on how you can improve your daily intakes. Her focus will be on food-waste, personal economy and sustainability to help motivate students on a tight budget. How does one go from being financially irresponsible to a super-saver by restructuring your spendings?

Hoang is the co-founder and marketing manager of MiraiEx, the largest and most popular place for cryptocurrency trading in Norway. He has a diverse professional background that includes working as a security guard, bartender, personal trainer, telemarketer, bank consultant, and he helped start several companies.
Hoang comes to Inspire to talk about his journey from not getting into the studyprogram he originally wanted, to exploring many different professions, and ending up creating his own dream job

Testmann-Koch joined Fremantle in 2014 from Nordisk Film TV where, as CCO & Executive Producer, to start up the Norwegian office.

Testmann-Koch began his career as a freelance broadcast journalist and went on to work for several production companies as a producer/director including Nordisk Film, Global TV Production Oslo and Allegro Film, as well as founding his own production company, Potato, where he produced TV shows, commercials and more.
​
As CEO of Fremantle Norway, he has successfully overseen and executive produced hits such as Maskorama, Exit, Idols, Norway’s Got Talent, Farmer Wants a Wife, Celebrity Family Feud, has developed Lost in Time, a first-of-its-kind entertainment format using interactive mixed reality, and recently seen Fremantle Norway´s first tv-drama, Exit, rise to all time high records for NRK.

Eirik Norman Hansen is a true and sincere technology optimist. He gives energetic and inspiring lectures on digitization, technology, artificial intelligence and robots. Eirik is particularly interested in what technology means to us humans, organizations and societies and how this former world now and in the time to come and what this will mean for your particular industry.
He has over 20 years of experience as a manager, consultant and business developer, and has throughout his career worked with and for digitization and change.

Most known as Vagabjorn, Jørn Bjørn Augestad is known to be among the youngest people to have travelled to all 195 countries. His story sure will spark wanderlust, and he is joining us for Inspire 2021!

Vagabjorn will give an insightful presentation about sustainable travelling and the challenges of budgets. After ten years of travelling, he has earned a lot of insights and knowledge, and we are sure that it will give you a lot of sights on opportunities and possibilities to explore the world, all while taking care of the environment.

CLARE RODGERS

Clare Rodgers is CEO and Chief Sustainable Officer of IKEA Norway. She is originally from Scotland, but has lived in Norway now for more than five years. Clare had held many different management positions at IKEA before she moved to Norway. Retail is going through tremendous change because of digitalization and the demand of sustainable consumption and Clare will talk about how IKEA is changing everything (almost).
KENNETH FREDRIKSEN

Kenneth Fredriksen joined Huawei Technologies Ltd in 2012. At the end of 2019 he was appointed as the Executive Vice President of Huawei CEE & Nordic Regional HQ, integral part of the regional executive management team and overlooking the Nordic and Baltic Countries.

From the beginning of 2016 to the end of 2019 he served as CEO for Huawei Technologies Sweden AB covering Huawei’s operations in Sweden and Iceland, while being part of Huawei Central East Europe and Nordic Regional HQ executive management team.
