Isabelle Ringnes is a Norwegian entrepreneur and speaker who has founded multiple companies, and among these are Equalitycheck.com. Equalitycheck is a product consisting of anonymous assessments about equality at the workplace. She is passionate about diversity, society and tech, which is also shown through her other initiative, the company TENK. TENK is a technology network for women, whose purpose is to inspire women to choose a future career in technology. As if this wasn’t enough, she is also a board member in several companies such as Kron and Dermanor, and she produces podcasts! Isabelle was selected as one of the top 100 most influential women in Nordic Tech, and one of the top 10 women in Tech in the Nordic. We are looking forward to having such an inspiring and accomplished woman joining us on Women’s day for INSPIRE 2022.
